As someone mentioned before, there seem to be two Miguels here. One, a mild-mannered Portugese writer, presumably Mr. Cardoso himself, and two, a Miguel into piracy and casual sex and life in the fast lane.. blowin' and burnin', blinded by thirst.
I'm wondering if they are the same, or if one is an imposter, or if there are simply two Miguels. Or is it a joke?
Also: How can I go about creating a half-man, half-monkey type creature?

For the half-man, half-monkey problem, I hear that China is manufacturing this list item. Maybe you could just order one?
